Thanks to the significant experience gained in over thirty years of work in the field of construction of special tools, A.M.S. is the ideal partner to meet every need.

Our company has a fleet of machines for the following activities:

• Hard metal machining through sophisticated CNC profiling, SIRUS and NORMA series by SCHNEEBERGER and the POWER DIAMOND by WALTER. Our CNC machines are the last generation and able to ensure the highest accuracy for whatever type of profile you want to create.
• Diamond processing through sophisticated VOLLMER AND WALTER EDM profiling. Our next generation erosion machines are able to sharpen blades and diamond cutters, these machines guarantee maximum accuracy, whatever type of profile you want to create.
• 5-axis machining centres and MORI SEIKI CNC lathes. With the use of these machines to create with the utmost precision tools, indexable drills, brazed, and in POLYCRYSTALLINE.

Our company offers collaboration with the end user, providing assistance and advice from the planning phase to the use of the tool. We also assist the customer in the post sales through periodic maintenance and sharpening of the tool.
